This is a 3 week intensive course designed to build your CORE and major muscle groups, giving your body some serious stabilization. This will improve posture; lower risk of injury; increase metabolism and create a solid foundation to build your fitness goals upon. Quality over Quantity is one of the motto’s of this course. This allows a person to have the perfect form while performing various exercises which will increase the Calorie Burn and insure less risk of injury moving forward.
Our BASE BUILDER Challenge is a good fit for those who only have 3 weeks to start getting in shape. We make sure to build a solid base for you and get your body use to moving itself around dynamically before we start adding in some serious movement!
Our BASE BUILDER Challenge meets for 3 weeks (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) with each session lasting 50-60 minutes.
