Our Urban Jungle BURN Challenge Level II will push even the most extreme athlete, incorporating more challenging exercises and more heart pumping cardio!  A whole slew of new exercises are added into this challenge...including the dreaded pull-up and it's variations!  If you feel like you are in pretty decent shape and need something new to challenge you, or want to take your fitness to the next level...THIS is the course for you!!

Day 1: The first day will consist of a quick fitness test, followed by jumping right into the first BURN Level II workout. Those that have done our Level I BURN Challenge will learn quickly this is going to be a fun 6 week ride!

Pre-Requisite: To participate in this program you will need to have completed at least 1 BURN Challenge.

Results Day:  Your last day of your 6 week challenge will contain a feeling of exhilaration and sense of accomplishment, which will be nothing short of awesome!  

Duration: Our Level II meets for 6 weeks – 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) with each session lasting between 50-60 minutes. Be sure to bring a towel for this one...as you will be creating a pool of sweat!
