
Our BURN EXPRESS is our 3 week version of our popular BURN Challenge. This program features an even mix of our Urban Jungle Cardio pumping sessions; stretching; dynamic body weight exercises; & yoga. This is perfect for our BURNER grads who would like to maintain all their hard work but can only fit in 3 weeks; or the person who would like a taste of what our Urban Jungle workouts are all about. This program contains different workouts than our other challenges to further change things up for your body!!
Our BURN EXPRESS Challenge meets for 3 weeks (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) with each session lasting 50-60 minutes.
