This is a 3 week intensive Calorie Burning session! Our CALORIE BUSTER Challenge is designed to give your Cardiovascular training a huge boost, no matter what your fitness level is. This is not your standard 1 hour "Run of the Mill" aerobic/elliptical/treadmill class. To burn the most calories out of this session, it is recommended you take the BURN Challenge or BASE BUILDER just before this one. Our participants typically burn anywhere between 600-1000+ calories in any one of these sessions! This monster 3 week Boot Camp is guaranteed to Challenge your Limits!
Our CALORIE BUSTER session meets for 3 weeks (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) with each session lasting between 50-60 minutes!
