Our Cardio KickBoxing classes mix in elements of Thai Boxing with a heavy emphasis on getting that cardio BURN on! These sessions will burn your Shoulders; Tone your arms; Shred your CORE; Firm that butt up; and Shape those legs!! This is not your standard Cardio Kickboxing class, as individuals will have a chance to get their aggressions out hitting the bag and working with the instructors on the pads.
