Urban Jungle's own Joshua Votaw will be participating in the FIRST NYC IRONMAN in 2012. This is a full Triathlon which entails the following distances:

Swim 2.4 miles; Bike 112 miles; Run 26.2 miles

A race of this duration (8+ hours of racing for top finishers) requires a commitment to a healthy lifestyle year around.  The IRONMAN, like Urban Jungle represents many different things (for more on our Urban Jungle Mission and Company Values click HERE):

• Setting a goal and working towards it.
• Making sure nutrition is in alignment with that goal.
• Making a healthy lifestyle a priority.
