Our Urban Jungle SHRED Challenge will push you harder than you have ever been pushed before! This challenge meets 5 days a week which means...results go through the roof!! This Challenge incorporates cardiovascular training; plyometrics; resistance training; and stretching making sure to give the previously worked muscle groups a chance to heal before they are blasted again!
Requirement: To participate in this program you will need to either pass a specific fitness test administered by an Urban Jungle Instructor or have completed at least 1 BURN Challenge.
Duration: This Challenge meets for 6 weeks – 5 times a week (Monday-Friday) with each session lasting between 50-60 minutes!
