Flexibility training is an important component of any serious fitness regiment.  Stretching and flexibility training increase the range of motion about the joints and increases fluid within the joints by not only stretching the muscles, but the ligaments and tendons as well.   While all of our Challenges have an component of stretching or flexibility training in the workouts...our Urban Jungle Yoga classes ensure a focus specifically on this.  

Yoga has been around for close to 5,000 of years.  Our Urban Jungle Yoga will focus on flexibility; breathing exercises; and strength by working a series of poses and flows each with a different purpose.
